Responsible in leading and driving the strategic growth and direction of the brand portfolio/equity on a global scale focusing on strategies on brand communications, creative designs (online and offline) and digital marketing.
Develop different types of creatives for different consumer touch points to drive the brand building and awareness
Oversee the development and execution of campaigns to ensure brand messages are aligned with the brand portfolio's objectives
Cross-team and regional collaboration to ensure brand campaigns and messages are aligned to ensure the objectives are reached
Responsible on the execution, implementation and continuous development of the brand playbook
Collaboration and manage external stakeholders to ensure resources and creative works are executed in a timely manner and within budget
Ownership of global marketing communications budget and able to allocate the resources strategically to drive positive ROI across the different channels and markets
skills & experiences required.
Degree holder in marketing, communications, business or related disciplines
Minimum 10 years marketing communications and design experience, preferably in the Consumer sector with a premium brand
Exposure to regional/global is preferred
Experience leading a sizeable team is preferred
Creative, strategic thinking, analytical and commercially minded
Strong understanding of omni-channel marketing
Detail-minded, proactive and people-oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
